EVERY PRICE, ON ONE PAGE

Local SEO Pricing, Web Design Rates, and Everything Else We Charge For

Here is what everything costs. No tiers named after metals, no "contact us for a quote," no discovery call required before anyone will say a number out loud. Local SEO starts at $799 a month, websites are $199 a page, and maintenance is $99 a month. Everything runs month to month, and there are no setup fees on any of it.

THE THREE THINGS YOU CAN BUY

Three Services. Three Numbers. Pick What You Need.

ASJ Designs charges $799 per month for Local SEO, $199 per page for website design, and $99 per month for website maintenance. All three run month to month with no long-term contract and no setup or onboarding fee. Local SEO starts at $799 and costs more only in unusually competitive markets, which is quoted before you commit. Website design is priced per page, so a five-page site costs less than a fifteen-page site. Website maintenance is a flat $99 regardless of site size.

LOCAL SEO

$799

PER MONTH, STARTING

The Map Pack service: Google Business Profile work, citations, service and service area pages, link building, and a monthly report. Priced from $799 because a one-truck operation in Baker County and a multi-crew company competing across Jacksonville are not the same job. You get your number during the free audit, before you commit to anything.

CUSTOM WEBSITE DESIGN

$199

PER PAGE

You pay for the pages you actually need instead of a package built around someone else's business. Mobile-first, schema included, copy written and researched. Custom functionality like online booking or payment integration is quoted separately and always before the work starts.

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE

$99

PER MONTH, FLAT

Updates, daily backups, security and uptime monitoring, and up to one hour of change work a month. Hosting is included if we host your site. Flat rate, no matter how big the site is.

THE PART MOST PRICING PAGES SKIP

Where the Meter Actually Starts Running.

A price is only honest if the exclusions are on the same page as the number. Four things cost extra, and all four get quoted before any work happens.

Change work past the included hour

Website Maintenance covers one hour of changes a month. Past that it's $75 an hour, and unused time doesn't roll over. If a request is really a new page rather than an edit, it usually makes more sense at the $199 page rate, and we'll say so.

Custom functionality on a build

Online booking, payment processing, or anything beyond a standard page is priced on top of the $199 per page rate. It gets flagged during your free audit, not after you've signed.

Unusually competitive markets

$799 covers most home service businesses. A market that needs substantially more content and link work costs more, and you hear that number during the audit rather than discovering it in month three.

Domain registration you hold elsewhere

If your domain is registered somewhere else, you keep paying your registrar directly, which is completely normal. We never bill you for a domain we don't hold.

THE SMALL STUFF, ALSO POSTED

Add-Ons and Standalone Rates.

Limited Self-Edit Access: $500 one time, then $19.99 a month. Lets you make small edits yourself instead of sending them over. Most owners skip it.

Domain registration, standalone: $20 a year, only for domains we registered and hold. Included once a maintenance plan is active.

Change work beyond the included hour: $75 an hour.

Hosting, standalone: $65 a year, for sites we host without a maintenance plan. Included once a maintenance plan is active.

Privacy policy maintenance: $99 a year. Keeps your privacy policy current as the rules change.

Free SEO Audit and Free Website Audit: free, with no asterisk and no card.

AGAINST WHAT EVERYONE ELSE CHARGES

Cheaper Than the Going Rate, and Not by Accident.

Published local SEO pricing generally runs $500 to $3,000 a month, with one-time projects between $500 and $5,000 and hourly work between $75 and $300. ASJ Designs sits at $799 a month with a $75 hourly rate, near the bottom of both ranges, and there is a specific reason rather than a sales one.

ASJ is one person in Glen St. Mary, Florida, not an agency carrying account managers, a sales team, and an office. The work is the same work. The overhead isn't. That's also why there's a real ceiling here: a business that needs a full marketing department is genuinely better off hiring one, and we'll tell you that instead of taking the money.

Your Questions

Questions About ASJ Designs Pricing

Why are your prices posted when almost every other agency hides them?

Because hiding them wastes both our time. A form that says "request a quote" exists so somebody can size you up before naming a number, and most owners know it. Posting the numbers means the people who call are people the price already works for. If $799 a month isn't right for your business, you found that out in ten seconds instead of after two phone calls, and that's a good outcome for both of us.

Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost on top of the monthly price?

No. The monthly price is the whole monthly price, on all three services. There's no onboarding fee, no account setup charge, and no first-month premium. Plenty of agencies quote a monthly rate and then add a setup fee at signing, which is worth asking about anywhere you shop, not just here.

Can I start with one service and add another later?

Yes, and most people do. A common path is a website build first, then Local SEO once the site is worth sending traffic to. Another is maintenance on an existing site while you decide about the rest. Nothing is bundled, so adding or dropping a service doesn't reprice the others. Sign up for Local SEO and host with us, and maintenance comes with that retainer rather than as a second bill.

If I stop paying, do I keep my website?

Yes. The site is yours, the domain is yours, and the content is yours. Stopping a maintenance plan or an SEO retainer doesn't take your website away, it just means we're no longer the ones updating it. We'll hand off what's needed to whoever picks it up. Holding a business's website hostage is a good way to never get referred again.

Who is this pricing not right for?

A few kinds of business. Anyone who needs work in a week, because one person doing the work means a real queue. Anyone wanting ads, social media management, or video, none of which we do. And any business large enough to need a full marketing department, which is a different purchase than a $799 retainer. Saying that upfront costs a few calls and saves everybody the wrong engagement.
